Our chef’s recipes tell the story of Romagna through its most authentic flavours, in a harmonious meeting of the Apennines and the sea.
Here, good food is not just a tradition, but a true way of life: from handmade pasta rolled out on the wooden board with a rolling pin, to fresh fish prepared every day following the best seafaring tradition. Alongside the great classics, we also offer vegan dishes, for a more sustainable, healthy and inclusive cuisine.
This is the philosophy of our restaurant: bringing to the table recipes inspired by local flavours, made with fresh, genuine, high-quality ingredients. Every day, meals are accompanied by a rich buffet of appetizers and vegetables, served by our staff, always available to assist guests. Much of our fruit and vegetables come directly from our own gardens.
